In my continued quest to find hobbies to keep my artistic side occupied, a few years back I picked up a small beaded bracelet kit and made a few bracelets and necklaces. A few trips to bead shows, classes in gemology, basic jewelry silverworking, lampworking and glass kiln work and I've managed to find a new hobby. I plan to take more classes to gain additional skills over the next few years.
